DONALD ROBERT CALAIARO

Donald R. Calaiaro has qualifications that are not equaled in Western Pennsylvania. He is a former Chapter 13 Trustee and a former Chapter 7 Trustee. He is one of a few lawyers who has a dual Certification by the American Board of Certification as a Specialist in both Consumer Bankruptcy Law and Business Bankruptcy Law.

He has represented debtors since 1978, and he is known for his aggressive and dedicated representation of his clients.

He has founded a successful practice that represents ONLY debtors. Calaiaro,Corbett & Brungo, P.C. is known throughout Western Pennsylvania for its skillful representation of debtors in bankruptcy cases. Mortgage Foreclosure Defenses and Unfair Debt Collection Litigation cases are some of the other related debtor's rights cases that Donald R. Calaiaro also handles for the Firm clients.

Donald R. He also handles personal injury claims, real estate and tax issues for clients of the Firm.

Donald R. Calaiaro was born in Trenton, NJ, in 1952. He moved to Pittsburgh in 1974 to attend law school at Duquesne University. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1978.

Donald R. Calaiaro has worked on over 10,000 cases as a Trustee or debtor's lawyer. He handles consumer and business cases in Chapter 7 (liquidations); Chapter 11 (business reorganizations); Chapter 13 (individual reorganizations) and Chapter 12 (family farmer reorganization). Very few lawyers in Pennsylvania have handled as many cases as Donald R. Calaiaro. He is able to handle your case knowledgeably.
